Calendar
The Calendar section allows administrators to create and manage calendars, which can be used to limit geofences and notifications to specific times or schedules. This is useful for setting up time-based rules and ensuring that alerts and geofence activities are only active during designated periods.
Creating a New Calendar
Follow below steps to add a new calendar
Open the Calendar Tab : Go to the Settings option and select the Calendar tab.
Open the new calendar form : Click on the + sign on right bottom corner to open the form for creating a new Calendar.
Enter Calendar Name : Provide a descriptive name for the calendar.
Set Time Periods : Set the active period for the calendar. This includes specific date and time of day when the calendar is active.
Select the type of calendar : Choose the desired calendar type, either simple or custom.
Select the recurrence : Choose the desired recurrence type from the dropdown menu like Once, Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Save the Calendar : Review the calendar settings and click the “Save” button to create the new calendar.

Associating a Calendar with a Geofence
Step-by-Step Guide
Open Geofences Section : Navigate to the Geofences section in the setting page.
Select a Geofence : Choose the geofence you want to associate with a calendar and click on edit icon.
Assign Calendar : Select the calendar you created from the dropdown menu.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Managing Existing Calendars
Open the Calendar Tab :
- Go to the Settings option and select the Calendar tab.
Edit Calendar :
- To edit calendar information, click the Edit icon in the Actions column. Update the required details and save the changes.
Delete Calendar :
- To permanently remove a calendar, click the Delete icon in the Actions column and confirm the action to delete the calendar.
