The Maintenance section allows administrators to manage maintenance tasks for vehicles and devices.

Adding a New Maintenance Task

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access Maintenance Section :

    • Go to the Settings option and select the Maintenance tab.
    • Click on the + sign on right bottom corner to open the form for adding a new task.
  2. Enter Maintenance Details :

    • Name : Enter the name of the maintenance task (e.g., Engine, Oil Change).
    • Maintenance : Select the category of maintenance from the dropdown (e.g., Regular, Oil Change, Tyre Rotation).
    • Type : Choose the type of measurement (e.g., Odometer).
    • Start : Enter the starting value of the odometer.
    • Period : Enter the period after how many miles or kilometres the maintenance should be performed.
  3. Set Attributes for Maintenance :

    • Click the + ADD button to add attributes for the maintenance task. These attributes help define specific properties.
  4. Save the Maintenance Task :

    • Review the entered details and click the Save button to add the new maintenance task.

Managing Existing Maintenance Tasks

  1. Maintenance Details :

    • The maintenance tab displays all maintenance-related information, including name, maintenance, type, start, period and available actions.
  2. Edit Maintenance Details :

    • To modify maintenance information, click the Edit icon in the Actions column. Update the necessary details and save the changes.
  3. Delete Maintenance Task :

    • To permanently delete a maintenance, select the group and click Delete icon. Confirm the action to remove the maintenance.
